The Hotel is located in a very quiet and central position from where it's very easy to reach the main tourists attractions by foot or by boat.

The location of the Hotel is also strategic under all the points of views, from the vicinity of the main Railway Station "S. Lucia" to the bus terminal station of "Piazzale Roma".

Moreover, it is situated only few steps from all the boats stops that cover the Canal Grande.



HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

From the Railway Station "Santa Lucia"
The Hotel has the great advantage of being situated only few steps from the railway station. On coming out of railway Station, continued towards left down the main street "Lista di Spagna" and turn to the left down the second small street "Calle Misericordia" and after approximately 100 meters you will find the Hotel.

From "Piazzale Roma"
If you arrive by car, you have the possibility to park your car in "Parking San Marco" or "Parking Comunale". For parking "San Marco" there is a reduction of 10%. To reach the Hotel you will catch boat N° 1 and get off at the 1st stop called "Ferrovia".

From "Tronchetto"
Another possibility is to park the car in parking Tronchetto. From there you will catch boat N° 82 with direction to Piazza San Marco and get off at "ferrovia".

From "Marco Polo" airport
You can choose between the following possibilities:

• Service Shuttle (Bus)
  Connects the airport "Marco Polo" to Piazzale Roma and vice versa, in coincidence with arrivals and departures of main flights. The service comes carried out from society ATVO. It takes approximately 15 minutes to Piazzale Roma from where you can approach of the main lines of navigation ( we suggest line n° 1 direction San Marco) and get off at the first stop called "Ferrovia".
  
• Bus (Line N° 5)
  Public service that connects Airport "Marco Polo" to Piazzale Roma and viceversa. The service comes carried out from society ACTV. 1.It makes all the stops along the distance to Piazzale Roma. It takes approximately 25 minutes. From Piazzale Roma you can approach the main lines of navigation( we advise you line n°1 direction San Marco) and get off at the first stop called "Ferrovia".
• Private taxis (car)
  It carries out the same way of service shuttle bus but in minor time.
• Water private taxi
  It offers a more complete service and takes you to the closer point to the hotel then you can reach walking. The mayor cost of this service comes compensated from the nice sight that offers the lagoon of Venice.

Connects the airport "San Giuseppe" (Treviso) to Piazzale Roma and vice versa in coincidence with arrivals and departures of main flights. The service comes carried out form society ATVO.
