"All staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a nice balcony looking over surrounding gardens. The walk up to the 2nd floor was a bit of a chore carrying our bags, but this is to be expected in a small hotel in Venice. The breakfast options were very good, and although there's a coffee pod machine in each bedroom, the machine in the breakfast room also had the capacity to add milk to your coffee and make tea."
