very clean, strategically located, with airconditioned rooms, hot and cold shower, and all this right around the corner from the train station. What more can a visitor ask for? Recommended.

Nice clean hotel close to train station. No elevator but someone will carry your bags up stairs for you.

Great service, nice hotel, recommend. Staff was very accommodating. Close to metro / subway, easy to get around. Good restaurants & cafes nearby.

Todo estuvo bien, queda cerca de la estacion principal, puedes llegar caminando ... lo unico a mejorar es el tema de solo tener diaponibles escaleras para para acceder a las habitaciones, es un poco complicado cuanso llevas varias maletas

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet location. Easy to get everywhere in Venice from there (especially via the Grand Canal). Good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were incredibly kind and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our time there and the location was ideal!

Really good breakfast options with hot options available. Extremelly convient location from train station. Small room but still convient for a family of 4.

Hotel acogedor, limpio, y un buen desayuno

All staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a nice balcony looking over surrounding gardens. The walk up to the 2nd floor was a bit of a chore carrying our bags, but this is to be expected in a small hotel in Venice. The breakfast options were very good, and although there's a coffee pod machine in each bedroom, the machine in the breakfast room also had the capacity to add milk to your coffee and make tea.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, it's down a quiet side street but easy to find. We walked via the Rialto bridge area into the San Marco area in around 30mins with 2 kids The gentleman on reception on arrival was super helpful and friendly. The room was a good size for our family of 4, with plenty of plug sockets and a great shower and spotlessly clean. Personally only a couple of small things would improve our stay there was a lack of mirror near a plug the vintage wardrobe has a mirror but no socket. We would have like 2 pillows each on the bed but no spares available due to the hotel being fully booked. The breakfast for English taste was adequate we went down around 9.30am and alot of the items on offer had run out such as the fresh cake and cheese. Please also note the a/c is only available a certain times of the year and we found the room very warm but couldn't have it turned on. I would suggest some fans to be made available for guests in the off season Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again x

Great location, and a wonderful welcome from the staff.

A perfect hotel for a pleasant stay in Venice. Although very close to the railway station, no noise from the tracks can be heard. Extremely friendly reception staff! A rich breakfast buffet and the possibility to deposit the luggage before check-in and after check-out are further plus points.

Comfortable small room with a big bed. Very nice staff and the room was scrupulously clean. The area is very quite yet near the railway station and walking distance to Rialto. Excellent value for money. It would certainly go again. David

The location was so convenient to the train and bus stations. They had our room ready early, which was nice after getting off a cruise and then riding a train for 2 hours. The beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again.
