We have requested to change our room because that one was actually below ground level and it suffers a humidity. Our request was satisfied the next day upon availability and we were very satisfied. Much appreciated that! Breakfast needs improvement (quality and quantity). Also breakfast place and furniture need renovation/replace. Excellent location and value for money. If improve breakfast food and place will be an extremely very good choice for a holiday stay.

We stayed in a family room for a couple and two children. the hotel provided extra beds for the girls and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had problems with the air conditioning and the employee in the afternoon was not very friendly or helpful. On the other hand, the night clerk, Pavi, was really special and helped us with the air conditioning.

Una grata estadía. Recinto limpio, mobililario nuevo y personal muy amable. Permiten dejar las maletas antes del horario de check in. Y permitieron tomar desayuno el día en que nos fuimos, a pesar que era antes del horario del inicio. A pesar del enorme calor de la ciudad, el aire acondicionado del hotel, funcionó perfectamente. Por lo tanto la estadía estuvo perfecta, es un muy buen hotel, muchas gracias por todo.

Tolle Lage und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Standard ist höher als man von einem 2-Stern-Hotel erwarten würde, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir waren schon mehrmals da und kommen gerne wieder

Our stay here was wonderful. A very cute hotel and the location was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely balcony and the bed was comfy. Despite being in such a central location, the room was incredibly quiet. We will be back!

Questo hotel è molto bello accogliente pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, camera tre letti comodissimi, bagno comodo e moderno tutti i confort , arredato con cura. Per noi è un 3/4 stelle. Vicino alla stazione Santa Lucia permette di entrare subito nel vivo della città e lasciare i bagagli. Con un caffè o cappuccino espresso sarei per 10 e lode. Torneremo già consigliato per visitare la Biennale a tutti gli amici. Grazie infinite bellissimo soggiorno.

Très bel accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé, à 5 minutes de la gare, dans un quartier sympa et une rue très calme. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, le personnel est charmant. Un bonne adresse à un tarif très correct pour Venise.
